These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) stipulate the conditions for using this service (including this website; hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Service” unless otherwise distinguished). These Terms apply to all users who use the Service.

1. Agreement to These Terms

By using the Service, users are deemed to have given a valid and irrevocable agreement to these Terms. Users who do not agree to these Terms may not use the Service.

2. Use by Minors

If a user is a minor, they must obtain the consent of their legal guardian before using the Service. Likewise, any smartphone or other device necessary to use the Service must be used only after obtaining the consent of a legal guardian.
If a user who began using the Service without obtaining the consent of a legal guardian reaches the age of majority, such user shall be deemed to have ratified any use of the Service conducted while they were a minor.

3. Use of Content

The Service grants users a private right to use the texts, images, videos, audio, music, software, programs, code, and other content provided by the Service only within the scope of use permitted by the Service. In the case of paid content, a private right to use such content within the scope of the Service is granted only when the payment for such content, as determined by the Service, is completed. This is a non-exclusive right of use that may not be transferred or sublicensed. Any use of the Service’s content that exceeds this scope is strictly prohibited.
Regardless of the reason, if a user loses the right to use the Service, the user hereby acknowledges in advance that they will no longer be able to use any of the Service’s content.

4. Display of Advertisements

The Service may display advertisements provided by the Service provider or third parties.

5. Prohibited Acts

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the Service:

1. Acts that violate laws and regulations, court judgments, decisions, or orders, or legally binding administrative measures, or acts that encourage such violations
2. Acts related to criminal activity
3. Acts that infringe the intellectual property rights of the Service provider or any third party
4. Acts that infringe on the portrait rights, privacy, honor, or other rights or interests of the Service provider or any third party
5. Acts that place an excessive burden on or interfere with the normal operation of the servers or networks of the Service provider or a third party
6. Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Service provider’s services
7. Unauthorized access or attempts at unauthorized access
8. Acts of disassembling, decompiling, reverse engineering, or otherwise analyzing the source code of the Service
9. Acts of unauthorized access to systems connected to the Service, or unauthorized rewriting or deletion of information stored on the Service provider’s facilities
10. Acts of reproducing, transmitting, transferring, lending, or modifying the Service’s website or software
11. Acts of lending, transferring, or selling user accounts or content on the Service to third parties for a fee
12. Acts of commercially using information obtained through the Service
13. Acts intended to gain benefits related to the Service in a manner unintended by the Service provider
14. Acts of advertising, marketing, soliciting, or conducting business on the Service without the Service provider’s permission
15. Acts of collecting or storing personal information about other users
16. Acts of using the Service for any illegal, unjust, or improper purpose
17. Acts that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other users or any other third party
18. Acts of impersonating another user
19. Acts of using another user’s account
20. Acts aimed at meeting unknown persons of the opposite sex
21. Acts of directly or indirectly providing benefits to anti-social forces
22. Acts that violate public order and morals
23. Acts of using the Service inappropriately while walking, driving a vehicle, or in any other improper situation or manner
24. Any other acts that the Service provider deems inappropriate

Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces

• The user represents and warrants that they do not and will not in the future fall under any of the following categories:

  1. The user themselves (including officers if the user is a corporation or other organization) are a crime syndicate, a member of a crime syndicate, a person who has not been a member of a crime syndicate for five years or more, a quasi-member of a crime syndicate, a crime syndicate-affiliated company, a corporate extortionist (“sokaiya”), a group engaging in criminal activities under the pretext of conducting social campaigns, a special intelligence-based organized crime group, or any other similar entity (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Boryokudan-in, etc.”)
  2. In cases where the user is a corporation or other organization, there is a relationship in which Boryokudan-in, etc. is recognized to control the management of the user
  3. In cases where the user is a corporation or other organization, there is a relationship in which Boryokudan-in, etc. is recognized to be substantially involved in the management of the user
  4. There is a relationship in which the user is recognized to use Boryokudan-in, etc. for the purpose of obtaining illicit profit for themselves or a third party, or for the purpose of causing damage to a third party
  5. There is a relationship in which the user is recognized to provide funds or benefits to Boryokudan-in, etc., or is involved in similar interactions
  6. In cases where the user is a corporation or other organization, any of the user’s officers or persons substantially involved in the user’s management has a socially reprehensible relationship with Boryokudan-in, etc.

• The user warrants that neither the user nor any third party employed by the user will engage in any of the following acts:

  1. Acts of violent demands
  2. Acts of unjust demands exceeding legal responsibility
  3. Acts of threatening behavior or violence in relation to transactions
  4. Acts of spreading rumors, using fraudulent means, or using force to damage the reputation of the Service provider or interfere with the Service provider’s business
  5. Any other acts equivalent to any of the above

6. Restriction of Use

• If the Service provider deems that a user falls under any of the following circumstances, the Service provider may, without prior notice, restrict the use of all or part of the Service by such user, or delete such user’s registration. The Service provider shall bear no responsibility for any damage incurred by the user as a result of actions taken by the Service provider under this Article.
  1. If the user violates any provision of these Terms
  2. If it is found that any of the registered information contains false statements
  3. If the user has failed to fulfill a monetary obligation
  4. If the user fails to respond to communications from the Service provider for a considerable period
  5. If the user has not used the Service for a significant period since their last use
  6. If the Service provider determines that the user is or has been interacting or involved with an anti-social force
  7. If the Service provider otherwise determines that the user’s use of the Service is inappropriate

7. Suspension of Service

If the Service provider determines that any of the following events has occurred, the Service provider may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to users. The Service provider shall bear no responsibility for any disadvantage or damage suffered by users or third parties as a result:

1. When performing maintenance or updates of the computer system related to the Service
2. When it becomes difficult to provide the Service due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, natural disasters, or the spread of viruses
3. When the computer or communication lines, etc. are interrupted due to accidents
4. When the Service provider otherwise determines that the provision of the Service is difficult

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service provider does not warrant that the Service or any content provided by the Service is free from system bugs or infringement of third-party rights. Nor does the Service provider warrant the safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service or the content it provides.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service provider assumes no responsibility for any damages incurred by users in connection with the Service. However, if the contract between the Service provider and the user regarding the Service (including these Terms) constitutes a consumer contract as defined by the Consumer Contract Act of Japan, this disclaimer shall not apply.
Even if it is deemed a consumer contract, the Service provider shall not be liable for special damages (including cases where the Service provider or the user foresaw or could have foreseen the occurrence of such damage) arising from the Service provider’s negligence (excluding gross negligence). The Service provider also assumes no responsibility for any disputes arising between users or between a user and a third party.
The Service provider shall not be liable to compensate for any damages incurred by the user in connection with the Service that exceed the amount of the usage fees the user paid to the Service provider within the month in which the damage occurred.

10. Changes to the Service

The Service provider may, without notice to users, change the content of the Service or discontinue or terminate the Service. If the Service is terminated, the user shall lose all rights to use any paid content, and the user hereby agrees in advance, without objection, that they will no longer be able to use such paid content thereafter. The Service provider shall bear no responsibility for any damage incurred by the user as a result of these actions.

11. Changes to These Terms

The Service provider may change these Terms at any time without notice to the user. The changed Terms shall become effective when posted on the Service provider’s website. If a user continues to use the Service after such changes, they shall be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

12. Handling of Personal Information

The personal information of users obtained through their use of the Service shall be handled appropriately in accordance with the Service provider’s privacy policy.

13. Notifications and Communications

Notifications or communications between the user and the Service provider shall be made in the manner prescribed by the Service provider. Unless the user notifies the Service provider of a change in the manner separately prescribed by the Service provider, the Service provider may assume that the currently registered contact information is valid and send notifications or communications to that address, which shall be deemed to have reached the user at the time of transmission.

14. Assignment of Rights and Obligations

Users may not assign or offer as security their contractual status or any of their rights or obligations under these Terms to a third party without the prior written consent of the Service provider.

15. Transfer of Business

If the Service provider transfers the business pertaining to the Service to another company (including business transfer, corporate split, or any other form of business transfer), the Service provider may transfer its contractual status, rights, and obligations under these Terms, as well as user information, to the transferee of such business transfer. Users shall be deemed to have given prior consent to such transfer.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the Service, the district court having jurisdiction over the location of the Service provider’s head office shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.

コンテンツのご利用

ユーザーに対し、本サービスが提供する文章、画像、動画、音声、音楽、ソフトウェア、プログラム、コードその他のコンテンツについて、本サービスの利用範囲内における私的な利用を許諾します。有償コンテンツについては、本サービスが定める利用料金の支払が完了した場合に、本サービスの利用範囲内における私的な利用を許諾します。これは、譲渡及び再許諾できない、非独占的な利用権です。この範囲を超えて本サービスが提供するコンテンツを利用することは一切禁止します。 理由の如何を問わず、ユーザーが本サービスを利用する権利を失った場合、本サービスの一切のコンテンツの利用ができなくなることを、ユーザーは予め承諾するものとします。

広告の表示

本サービスにサービス提供者または第三者の広告を掲載することができるものとします。

禁止事項

ユーザーは、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

• 法令、裁判所の判決、決定若しくは命令、又は法令上拘束力のある行政措置に違反する行為又はこれらを助長する行為
• 犯罪行為に関連する行為
• 本サービス提供者や第三者の知的財産権を侵害する行為
• 本サービス提供者や第三者の肖像権、プライバシー、名誉、その他の権利又は利益を侵害する行為
• 本サービス提供者や第三者のサーバーまたはネットワークに過度の負担をかけたり、その正常な作動を妨害する行為
• 本サービス提供者のサービスの運営を妨害するおそれのある行為
• 不正アクセスをし、またはこれを試みる行為
• 逆アセンブル、逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリング等によって本サービスのソースコードを解析する行為
• 本サービスに接続しているシステムに権限なく不正にアクセスし又は本サービス提供者設備に蓄積された情報を不正に書き換え若しくは消去する行為
• 本サービスのウェブサイトやソフトウェアを複製、送信、譲渡、貸与又は改変する行為
• 本サービス上のアカウント又はコンテンツを第三者に有償で貸与、譲渡、売買等をする行為
• 本サービスによって得られた情報を商業的に利用する行為
• 本サービス提供者が意図しない方法によって本サービスに関連して利益を得ることを目的とする行為
• 本サービス提供者が許諾しない本サービス上での宣伝、広告、勧誘、または営業行為
• 他のユーザーに関する個人情報等を収集または蓄積する行為
• 違法、不正又は不当な目的を持って本サービスを利用する行為
• 本サービスの他のユーザーまたはその他の第三者に不利益、損害、不快感を与える行為
• 他のユーザーに成りすます行為
• 他のユーザーのアカウントを利用する行為
• 面識のない異性との出会いを目的とした行為
• 反社会的勢力に対して直接または間接に利益を供与する行為
• 公序良俗に違反する行為
• 歩行中、車両運転中、その他本サービスの利用が不適切な状況又は態様において本サービスを利用する行為
• その他、本サービス提供者が不適切と判断する行為

反社会的勢力の排除

• ユーザーは、次の各号のいずれか一にも該当しないことを表明し、かつ将来にわたっても該当しないことを表明し、保証するものとします。
• 自ら（法人その他の団体にあっては、自らの役員を含みます。）が、暴力団、暴力団員、暴力団員でなくなった時から5年を経過しない者、暴力団準構成員、暴力団関係企業、総会屋、社会運動等標ぼうゴロまたは特殊知能暴力集団等その他これらに準じる者（以下総称して「暴力団員等」といいます。）であること
• ユーザーが法人その他の団体の場合にあっては、暴力団員等が経営を支配していると認められる関係を有すること
• ユーザーが法人その他の団体の場合にあっては、暴力団員等が経営に実質的に関与していると認められる関係を有すること
• 自らもしくは第三者の不正の利益を図る目的または第三者に損害を加える目的をもって取引を行うなど、暴力団員等を利用していると認められる関係を有すること
• 暴力団員等に対して資金等を提供し、または便宜を供与するなどの関与をしていると認められる関係を有すること
• ユーザーが法人その他の団体の場合にあっては、自らの役員または自らの経営に実質的に関与している者が暴力団員等と社会的に非難されるべき関係を有すること
• ユーザーは、自らまたは第三者を利用して次の各号のいずれか一にでも該当する行為を行わないことを保証するものとします。
• 暴力的な要求行為
• 法的な責任を超えた不当な要求行為
• 取引に関して、脅迫的な言動をし、または暴力を用いる行為
• 風説を流布し、偽計を用い、または威力を用いて、本サービス提供者の信用を毀損し、または本サービス提供者の業務を妨害する行為
• その他前各号に準ずる行為

利用制限

• 本サービス提供者は、ユーザーが以下のいずれかに該当する場合には、事前の通知なく、ユーザーに対して、本サービスの全部もしくは一部の利用を制限し、またはユーザーとしての登録を抹消することができるものとします。本サービス提供者は、本条に基づき本サービス提供者が行った行為によりユーザーに生じた損害について、一切の責任を負いません。
• 本規約のいずれかの条項に違反した場合
• 登録事項に虚偽の事実があることが判明した場合
• 金銭債務の不履行があった場合
• 本サービス提供者からの連絡に対し、相当の期間が経過しても返答がない場合
• 最終のご利用日から相当期間、本サービスのご利用がない場合
• 反社会的勢力等であるか、反社会的勢力等との何らかの交流若しくは関与を行っていると本サービス提供者が判断した場合
• その他、本サービス提供者が本サービスの利用を適当でないと判断した場合

本サービスの提供の停止

本サービス提供者は、以下のいずれかの事由があると判断した場合、ユーザーに事前に通知することなく本サービスの全部または一部の提供を停止または中断することができるものとします。本サービス提供者は、この場合にユーザーまたは第三者が被ったいかなる不利益または損害についても、一切の責任を負わないものとします。

• 本サービスにかかるコンピュータシステムの保守点検または更新を行う場合
• 地震、落雷、火災、停電、天災またはウィルスの蔓延などの不可抗力により、本サービスの提供が困難となった場合
• コンピュータまたは通信回線等が事故により停止した場合
• その他、本サービス提供者が本サービスの提供が困難と判断した場合

保証の否認

本サービス提供者は、本サービスや本サービスが提供するコンテンツに、システムバグや第三者の権利侵害が含まれないことを保証するものではありません。また、安全性、信頼性、正確性、完全性、有効性、特定の目的への適合性を保証するものでもありません。

免責

本サービス提供者は、本サービスに関してユーザーに生じたあらゆる損害について一切の責任を負いません。ただし、本サービスに関する本サービス提供者とユーザーとの間の契約（本規約を含みます。）が消費者契約法に定める消費者契約となる場合、この免責規定は適用されません。 消費者契約に該当する場合であっても、本サービス提供者は、本サービス提供者の過失（重過失を除きます。）によってユーザーに生じた損害のうち特別の事情から生じた損害（本サービス提供者またはユーザーが損害発生につき予見し、または予見し得た場合を含みます。）について、一切の責任を負いません。ユーザーと他のユーザーまたは第三者との間において生じたトラブルについても一切責任を負いません。 本サービス提供者は、本サービスに関してユーザーが被った損害につき、当該損害が発生した月内にユーザーが本サービス提供者に支払った利用料金を超えて賠償する責任を負わないものとします。

サービス内容の変更

本サービス提供者は、ユーザーに通知することなく、本サービスの内容を変更したり、本サービスの提供を中止、終了することができるものとします。ユーザーは、本サービスが終了した場合、有料コンテンツを利用する一切の権利を失い、以後、当該有料コンテンツを利用できなくなることについて、あらかじめ、異議なく同意するものとします。本サービス提供者は、これらによってユーザーに生じた損害について一切の責任を負いません。

利用規約の変更

本サービス提供者は、ユーザーに通知することなく、いつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。変更後の本規約は、本サービス提供者ウェブサイトに掲示された時点から効力を生じるものとします。本規約の変更後、本サービスの利用を継続したユーザーは、変更後の本規約に同意したものとみなします。

個人情報の取扱い

本サービスの利用によって取得するユーザーの個人情報については、本サービス提供者のプライバシーポリシーに従い適切に取り扱うものとします。

通知または連絡

ユーザーと本サービス提供者との間の通知または連絡は、本サービス提供者の定める方法によって行うものとします。本サービス提供者は、ユーザーから、本サービス提供者が別途定める方式に従った変更届け出がない限り、現在登録されている連絡先が有効なものとみなして当該連絡先へ通知または連絡を行い、これらは、発信時にユーザーへ到達したものとみなします。

権利義務の譲渡

ユーザーは、本サービス提供者の書面による事前の承諾なく、利用契約上の地位または本規約に基づく権利もしくは義務を第三者に譲渡し、または担保に供することはできません。

事業譲渡

本サービス提供者は本サービスにかかる事業を他社に事業譲渡（事業譲渡、会社分割その他事業が移転するあらゆる場合を含みます。）した場合には、当該事業譲渡に伴い利用契約上の地位、本規約に基づく権利及び義務並びにユーザーの情報を当該事業譲渡の譲受人に譲渡することができるものとします。ユーザーは、かかる譲渡につき予め同意したものとみなします。

適用関係

本規約は、ユーザーと本サービス提供者との間の本サービスの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されるものとします。 本サービス提供者は本サービスに関し、本規約のほか、ご利用にあたってのルールを定めることがあります。これらのルールは、その名称のいかんに関わらず、本規約の一部を構成するものとします。本規約がこれらのルールと矛盾する場合には、これらのルールが優先して適用されるものとします。

分離可能性

本規約のいずれかの条項又はその一部が無効又は執行不能と判断された場合であっても、当該判断は他の部分に影響を及ぼさず、本規約の残りの部分は、引き続き有効かつ執行力を有するものとします。

準拠法・裁判管轄

本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。 本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合には、本サービス提供者の本店所在地を管轄する地方裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

3. 콘텐츠의 이용

본 서비스는 사용자가 본 서비스에서 제공하는 문서, 이미지, 동영상, 음성, 음악, 소프트웨어, 프로그램, 코드 기타 콘텐츠에 대하여, 본 서비스 이용 범위 내에서 사적인 이용을 허락합니다. 유료 콘텐츠에 대해서는, 본 서비스가 정한 이용 요금을 완납한 경우에 한해, 본 서비스 이용 범위 내에서 사적인 이용을 허락합니다. 이는 양도 및 재허락할 수 없는 비독점적 이용권입니다. 본 서비스가 제공하는 콘텐츠를 이 범위를 초과하여 이용하는 것은 일체 금지됩니다.
어떠한 사유로든 사용자가 본 서비스를 이용할 권리를 상실한 경우, 사용자는 본 서비스의 모든 콘텐츠를 이용할 수 없게 됨을 미리 승인하는 것으로 합니다.

5. 금지사항

5. 본 서비스 제공자 또는 제3자의 서버나 네트워크에 과도한 부담을 주거나 정상적인 작동을 방해하는 행위
6. 본 서비스 제공자의 서비스 운영을 방해할 우려가 있는 행위
7. 부정 접근 또는 이를 시도하는 행위
8. 역어셈블, 역컴파일, 리버스 엔지니어링 등을 통해 본 서비스의 소스 코드를 분석하는 행위
9. 권한 없이 본 서비스에 접속되는 시스템에 부정 접근하거나, 본 서비스 제공자 설비에 축적된 정보를 부정하게 변경 또는 삭제하는 행위
10. 본 서비스의 웹사이트나 소프트웨어를 복제, 전송, 양도, 대여 또는 개변(改変)하는 행위
11. 본 서비스상의 계정 또는 콘텐츠를 제3자에게 유상으로 대여, 양도, 매매 등 하는 행위
12. 본 서비스를 통해 얻은 정보를 영리 목적으로 이용하는 행위
13. 본 서비스 제공자가 의도하지 않은 방식으로 본 서비스와 관련하여 이익을 얻을 목적으로 하는 행위
14. 본 서비스 제공자가 허락하지 않은 본 서비스상에서의 광고, 홍보, 권유, 영업 행위
15. 다른 사용자에 관한 개인정보 등을 수집 또는 축적하는 행위
16. 불법, 부정 또는 부당한 목적을 가지고 본 서비스를 이용하는 행위
17. 본 서비스의 다른 사용자나 기타 제3자에게 불이익, 손해, 불쾌감을 주는 행위
18. 다른 사용자를 사칭하는 행위
19. 다른 사용자의 계정을 이용하는 행위
20. 일면식이 없는 이성과의 만남을 목적으로 하는 행위
21. 반사회적 세력에 대해 직접 또는 간접적으로 이익을 제공하는 행위
22. 공서양속(公序良俗)에 반하는 행위
23. 보행 중, 차량 운전 중, 기타 본 서비스 이용이 부적절한 상황 또는 방법으로 본 서비스를 이용하는 행위
24. 기타 본 서비스 제공자가 부적절하다고 판단하는 행위

반사회적 세력의 배제

• 사용자는 아래 각 호 중 어느 하나에도 해당하지 않음을 진술·보증하며, 장래에 걸쳐서도 해당하지 않을 것임을 진술·보증합니다.

  1. 사용자 자신(법인 기타 단체인 경우 임원을 포함함)이 폭력단, 폭력단원, 폭력단원이 아니게 된 시점으로부터 5년이 경과되지 않은 자, 폭력단 준구성원, 폭력단 관련 기업, 소카이야(総会屋), 사회운동 등 표방 깡패 또는 특수지능폭력집단 등 이들과 유사한 자(이하 통칭하여 “폭력단원 등”이라 함)에 해당하는 경우
  2. 사용자가 법인 또는 기타 단체인 경우, 폭력단원 등이 사용자의 경영을 지배하고 있다고 인정되는 관계를 가지고 있는 경우
  3. 사용자가 법인 또는 기타 단체인 경우, 폭력단원 등이 사용자의 경영에 실질적으로 관여하고 있다고 인정되는 관계를 가지고 있는 경우
  4. 자신 또는 제3자의 부정이익을 도모할 목적으로 또는 제3자에게 손해를 가할 목적으로 거래를 하는 등 폭력단원 등을 이용하고 있다고 인정되는 관계를 가지고 있는 경우
  5. 폭력단원 등에 자금 등을 제공하거나 편의를 제공하는 등 관여하고 있다고 인정되는 관계를 가지고 있는 경우
  6. 사용자가 법인 또는 기타 단체인 경우, 사용자 자신의 임원 또는 경영에 실질적으로 관여하고 있는 자가 폭력단원 등과 사회적으로 비난받아야 할 관계를 가지고 있는 경우

• 사용자는 자신 또는 제3자를 이용하여 다음 각 호 중 어느 하나에라도 해당하는 행위를 하지 않을 것을 보증합니다.

  1. 폭력적인 요구 행위
  2. 법적 책임 범위를 초과하는 부당한 요구 행위
  3. 거래와 관련하여 협박적 언동을 하거나 폭력을 행사하는 행위
  4. 유언비어를 유포하고, 위계(僞計)를 사용하거나 위력을 사용하여 본 서비스 제공자의 신용을 훼손하거나 본 서비스 제공자의 업무를 방해하는 행위
  5. 전 각 호에 준하는 행위

6. 이용 제한

• 본 서비스 제공자는 사용자가 다음 중 하나에 해당한다고 판단하는 경우, 사전 통지 없이 본 서비스 전부 또는 일부의 이용을 제한하거나, 사용자의 회원 등록을 말소할 수 있습니다. 본 조에 의거하여 본 서비스 제공자가 행한 조치로 인해 사용자에게 발생한 손해에 대하여 본 서비스 제공자는 일절 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  1. 사용자가 본 약관의 어느 하나의 조항을 위반한 경우
  2. 등록 사항에 허위 사실이 판명된 경우
  3. 금전 채무의 불이행이 있는 경우
  4. 본 서비스 제공자의 연락에 대하여 상당 기간이 지나도 답변이 없는 경우
  5. 최종 이용일로부터 상당 기간 동안 본 서비스 이용이 없는 경우
  6. 사용자가 반사회적 세력 등에 속하거나 이에 준하는 교류 또는 관여를 하고 있다고 본 서비스 제공자가 판단한 경우
  7. 기타 본 서비스 제공자가 본 서비스 이용을 부적절하다고 판단한 경우

7. 본 서비스 제공의 정지

본 서비스 제공자는 다음 중 어느 하나에 해당한다고 판단되는 경우, 사용자에게 사전 통지 없이 본 서비스의 전부 또는 일부 제공을 정지하거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 본 서비스 제공자는 이로 인해 사용자 또는 제3자가 입은 어떠한 불이익이나 손해에 대해서도 일절 책임을 지지 않습니다.

1. 본 서비스에 관련된 컴퓨터 시스템의 유지보수 또는 갱신을 실시하는 경우
2. 지진, 낙뢰, 화재, 정전, 천재지변 또는 바이러스의 유행 등 불가항력으로 인해 본 서비스 제공이 어려워진 경우
3. 컴퓨터 또는 통신 회선 등의 사고로 인해 정지된 경우
4. 기타 본 서비스 제공자가 본 서비스 제공이 어렵다고 판단한 경우

8. 보증의 부인

본 서비스 제공자는 본 서비스 또는 본 서비스가 제공하는 콘텐츠에 시스템 버그나 제3자의 권리 침해가 포함되지 않음을 보증하지 않습니다. 또한 안전성, 신뢰성, 정확성, 완전성, 유효성, 특정 목적에 대한 적합성도 보증하지 않습니다.

9. 면책

본 서비스 제공자는 본 서비스와 관련하여 사용자에게 발생한 모든 손해에 대하여 일절 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만, 본 서비스에 관한 본 서비스 제공자와 사용자 간의 계약(본 약관을 포함)이 소비자계약법에서 정한 소비자계약에 해당하는 경우에는 이 면책 규정이 적용되지 않습니다.
소비자계약에 해당하더라도, 본 서비스 제공자는 본 서비스 제공자의 과실(중과실 제외)로 인해 사용자에게 발생한 손해 중 특별한 사정으로 인한 손해(본 서비스 제공자 또는 사용자가 손해 발생을 예견하였거나 예견할 수 있었던 경우를 포함)에 대해 어떠한 책임도 지지 않습니다. 사용자와 다른 사용자 또는 제3자 간에 발생한 분쟁에 대해서도 일절 책임을 지지 않습니다.
본 서비스 제공자는 본 서비스와 관련하여 사용자가 입은 손해에 대해, 해당 손해가 발생한 월에 사용자가 본 서비스 제공자에게 지불한 이용 요금을 초과하여 배상할 책임을 지지 않습니다.

10. 서비스 내용 변경

본 서비스 제공자는 사용자에게 통지 없이, 본 서비스 내용을 변경하거나 본 서비스 제공을 중단, 종료할 수 있습니다. 본 서비스가 종료되는 경우, 사용자는 유료 콘텐츠를 이용할 수 있는 모든 권리를 상실하며, 이후에는 해당 유료 콘텐츠를 이용할 수 없게 된다는 점을 미리 이의 없이 동의합니다. 본 서비스 제공자는 이로 인하여 사용자에게 발생한 손해에 대해 일절 책임을 지지 않습니다.

11. 이용약관의 변경

본 서비스 제공자는 사용자에게 통지 없이 언제든지 본 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다. 변경된 본 약관은 본 서비스 제공자의 웹사이트에 게시된 시점부터 효력이 발생합니다. 변경 후에도 사용자가 계속해서 본 서비스를 이용하는 경우, 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.

12. 개인정보의 취급

본 서비스를 이용함으로써 획득한 사용자의 개인정보는 본 서비스 제공자의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 적절히 취급됩니다.

13. 통지 또는 연락

사용자와 본 서비스 제공자 간의 통지 또는 연락은 본 서비스 제공자가 정하는 방법으로 이루어집니다. 사용자가 별도로 정한 방식에 따라 변경 통지를 하지 않는 한, 본 서비스 제공자는 현재 등록된 연락처가 유효한 것으로 보고 그 연락처로 통지 또는 연락을 하며, 이는 발신 시에 사용자에게 도달한 것으로 간주합니다.

14. 권리·의무의 양도

사용자는 본 서비스 제공자의 사전 서면 승인 없이, 이용계약상의 지위나 본 약관에 따른 권리 또는 의무를 제3자에게 양도하거나 담보로 제공할 수 없습니다.

15. 사업 양도

본 서비스 제공자가 본 서비스와 관련된 사업을 다른 회사에 양도(사업 양도, 회사 분할 기타 사업이 이전되는 모든 경우를 포함)하는 경우, 본 서비스 제공자는 해당 사업 양도에 따라 이용계약상의 지위, 본 약관에 따른 권리 및 의무, 그리고 사용자의 정보를 양수인에게 양도할 수 있습니다. 사용자는 이에 대하여 미리 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.

16. 준거법 및 재판관할

본 약관의 해석에 있어서는 일본법을 준거법으로 합니다.
본 서비스와 관련하여 분쟁이 발생하는 경우, 본 서비스 제공자의 본점 소재지를 관할하는 지방재판소를 전속적 합의 관할 법원으로 합니다.
