User Information to be Acquired

The app developer may acquire from the user(s) (the “User(s)) the following information (the “User Information”): Information regarding the OS and the terminal used by the User, such as ID generated by the OS, the type of the terminal, and the terminal identifier Usage history of the app developer’s applications such as startup time, input history, and purchase history of the app developer’s applications

Purpose of Use of User Information

The app developer uses User information for the following purpose:

  • to settle usage fees
  • to analyze the User’s activity history in the Services to maintain and improve the Services
  • for market analysis and marketing
  • to inform the User of the Services
  • to respond to the User’s inquiries
  • to correspond to actions that violate the app developer's terms and conditions, laws and regulations
  • to inform the User of changes to, discontinuance of, termination of, or cancellation of the Services
  • to inform the changes etc. to the app developer’s terms and conditions
  • any other act to provide, maintain, protect and improve the Services
  • to distribute, display and measure the effectiveness of advertisements
  • to display targeted advertisements tailored to the User’s interests and preferences

Third Party Provision

The app developer will not provide any information collected from the Users that constitutes personal data (Article 2, Paragraph (6) of Act on the Protection of Personal Information) to any third party (including anyone outside Japan) without obtaining in advance the Users’ consent. However, this shall not apply in the following cases:

  • if the app developer outsource the handling of personal data
  • if the app developer or the Services are acquired
  • if the app developer jointly use personal data with its business partner (if there is a specific joint use, the details will be announced separately.)
  • any other cases in which provision of personal data to a third party is permitted by law

Access Analysis Tools

The app developer uses "Firebase Analytics" to analyze the User’s access. To learn more about Firebase Analytics, visit: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Distribution of Advertisements

The app developer places advertisements provided by Google and its partner (“Third Party Distributors”). For more information, please visit Google’s policy and terms page at: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads

Anonymously Processed Information

The app developer may produce and use anonymously processed information (this means those set forth in Article 2, paragraph (9) of Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and limited to those constituting anonymously processed information database etc. set forth in Article 2, paragraph (10) of the said Act) by using information acquired from the Users. In such case, the app developer will take actions as required by Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

Amendment to Privacy Policy

The app developer will amend this Privacy Policy as necessary. In such case, the app developer will announce or notify, in an appropriate manner, the timing when the amended Privacy Policy will be enforced and the contents thereof.

  • OSが生成するID、端末の種類、端末識別子等のお客様が利用するOSや端末に関する情報
  • 当アプリの起動時間、入力履歴、購買履歴等の当アプリの利用履歴

お客様の情報を利用する目的

お客様から取得した情報を、以下の目的のために利用します。

  • お客様からのお問い合わせに対応するため
  • 当アプリの規約や法令に違反する行為に対応するため
  • 当アプリの変更、提供中止、終了、契約解除をご連絡するため
  • 当規約の変更等を通知するため
  • 以上の他、当アプリの提供、維持、保護及び改善のため
  • 利用料金の決済のため
  • 当アプリにおけるお客様の行動履歴を分析し、維持改善に役立てるため
  • 広告の配信、表示及び効果測定のため
  • お客様の趣味嗜好にあわせたターゲティング広告を表示するため

第三者提供

お客様から取得する情報のうち、個人データ（個人情報保護法第２条第６項）に該当するものついては、あらかじめお客様の同意を得ずに、第三者（日本国外にある者を含みます。）に提供しません。

但し、次の場合は除きます。

  • 個人データの取扱いを外部に委託する場合
  • 当アプリが買収された場合
  • 事業パートナーと共同利用する場合（具体的な共同利用がある場合は、その内容を別途公表します。）
  • その他、法律によって合法的に第三者提供が許されている場合
